Our return service uses mail, with a free return label enclosed in the package and no restocking fee. Obtain authorization from us before dispatching the parcel. For exchanges, the replacement must be available in inventory.
We welcome defective as well as non-defective returns, including a change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong product. Damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing pieces and goods materially unlike their description can also be addressed. Return requests must reach us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility is limited to new, unused merchandise in original condition together with original packaging, tags and accompanying accessories. Identify the order number and checkout email and provide an explanation. Damage, defects, mis-shipped or incomplete items require photos or video showing both the goods and packaging. Following approval, refunds are sent to the original payment method and processed in 10 days.
